This is my Homage to the indigenous people of our country. I have a deep respect for their cultures and history. When I first saw a headpiece like this on its stand, I knew I had to do something using it as a symbol. I took many photos, and this view hit me as a perfect way to show my feelings. I searched the archives of Edward Curtis photos until I found the right human to use as my "ghost" which should haunt us.
